Our cuisine is born from the rhythms of the Umbrian countryside: seasonal raw materials, vegetables from the garden and simple recipes that respect authentic flavors. At dinner, by reservation, we offer a fixed menu that changes according to the season and what the farm offers. What we bring to the table Farmer's appetizers with a selection of local cured meats and cheeses, marinated vegetables and savory pies of the day. Fresh pasta with sauces of the day, inspired by Umbrian tradition. Grilled meat courses with particular attention to Chianina, accompanied by vegetables from the garden.
