The name comes from an ancient spring of oligomineral water that flows here, in Montone, near the Tiber River. The agritourism occupies a rural village divided into double and triple rooms, studios and two- or three-room apartments. Surrounding it, 38 hectares of organic farm in a protected area for wildlife repopulation. The riding stable organizes guided horseback excursions in the Carpina valley; for those who fish there is the Tiber River or Carpina lake. The educational farm welcomes children and young people for workshops on rural products and life. In the garden, an 8 by 16 meter swimming pool and play area. The restaurant, open upon request, offers organic Chianina beef grilled over charcoal, vegetables from the garden, homemade desserts and spring water, low in sodium. There is also a vegetarian menu. On the menu: homemade cured meats, bruschettes, truffle crostini, tagliatelle with Chianina or goose ragù, amatriciana, carbonara, Chianina ravioli. Dinner costs 30 euros for adults, 15 for children up to ten years old. Gubbio, Città di Castello and Assisi are just a few kilometers away.
