We are here in Sant'Onofrio with ten hectares of countryside and the desire to do things properly. In our kitchen, we use what we harvest from our fields, and at the table we try to bring you dishes that remind you of something real – your grandmother, the vegetables from childhood, that recipe you haven't eaten in years. It's not complicated cooking, it's the cooking of those who work the land and know what it means to eat well.
Our rooms are simple and comfortable, with private bathroom and access to the garden. There's a swimming pool for when the heat is unbearable, there's a library for those who want a book instead of a screen. At lunch and dinner we love having people sit together and chat: perhaps with people they don't know, perhaps with music in the background. We have the atmosphere of a real farm, not a postcard.
