The holiday home Le Esperidi is in Matera's historic centre, on the edge of the ancient Sassi district. It is easy to reach and puts you straight into the modern part of the city. The main square and the most important sights, including the university, are very close.
The apartment is self-contained and spread over two floors. The living area is on the lower floor, with a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.
A staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor, where the double bedroom is. It is very spacious and airy, with a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower bath.
The building has been recently renovated and keeps its original materials. The furnishings are simple, with period furniture.
