The restaurant at Farm-house Tempa Del Niglio

In the heart of Cilento, the dining room at Tempa del Niglio tells the story of family cuisine with our own ingredients and authentic flavors. From meat to vegetables, from cheeses to cured meats sourced from selected animals from our farm, every dish is created according to the principles of the Mediterranean Diet and perfumed with extra virgin oil from pisciottana cultivar. At lunch, upon request, we prepare cold appetizers, platters of cured meats and cheeses, freselle al pomodoro and pappas for the little ones. In the evening, at 20:00, we serve a fixed menu that includes a small appetizer, first course, second course, fruit and coffee or house liqueurs: a simple and generous sequence that changes with the seasons. Among the typical dishes are fusilli al ragù di capra, lagane e ceci, ciambotta, pizza fritta, minestra sdrinda, zippule with anchovies or fioriddi, parmigiana, ravioli, pasta e fagioli and alici 'mbuttunate. In the morning, the buffet breakfast (8:00–9:30) offers homemade cakes, jams and honey from our production, fresh fruit, milk, coffee and tea; during the day the bar is available for coffee, soft drinks, ice cream, aperitifs and other treats. Reservation is recommended for dinner; children's menus are available.
