The structure, which dates back to the eighteenth century, has been accurately restored maintaining the characteristic architecture and warmth of the past. What today is the dining area was once an old stable, and the rest, a splendid portico, built according to the architectural structures of the ancient "Romagnola" farming culture. The Acero Rosso is situated in the centre of a 400 hectare farm, where over 300 head of cattle pasture freely, thus offering the clients the possibility of enjoying high quality biological meat, superbly cooked on a char grill. Homemade pasta is one of our specialities, ranging from the simple tagliatelle to the rich and delicious lasagne. Not forgetting a variety of dishes including mushrooms, truffles and game. For those with a sweet tooth, our homemade cakes and desserts, will surely satisfy all tastes.
