The completely renovated rooms of the Agriturismo "Ai Due Leoni" will welcome guests in a pleasant environment with exposed beams and simple and comfortable furniture. each room has been renovated with care and attention to detail to offer a well harmonized space so as to make the guest feel completely at ease. The variety of room types offered by the farm also manages to meet the needs of everyone: those who go on holiday with the family, couples or individuals offering each the best solution. In addition to that all rooms offer various services such as air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and private bathroom, to meet all the needs of guests. To expand our tourist offer, we have renovated an old farmhouse, from which we have recovered with great care and love some materials such as bricks and old beams that we have integrated into the new structure. The new building consists of nice and functional apartments, refined in every detail, to ensure maximum comfort. They are located on the ground floor and first floor and have various sizes (from 40 to 55 square meters). Those on the ground floor have two bedrooms and are all on the same level while those on the first floor have a bedroom and have a spectacular loft. All apartments overlook the pool and our internal courtyard. For the furnishing we have chosen both modeand rustic elements, however, certainly functional. All apartments have: large kitchen/living room with induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, crockery, pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, satellite TV, table and chairs, sofa (except apartment for 2 people); Bathroom (shower, WC, bidet, washbasin), Bedroom, Outside terrace, Heating / air conditioning, WI-FI, Bed linen, towels

Spending an holiday in the Agritourism “Ai Due Leoni” is the perfect choice: the guests will have all the comfort sorrounded by a wonderful natural environment of Bassa Friulana. Our completely renewed rooms and apartments will welcome the guests in a pleasent space with a wooden-beamed ceiling and a decor simple but comfortable, with a wonderful view of the garden. Every unit is fully renewed with attention for all the details; this creates a space well balanced where the guests will feel at ease. The various types of room/apartments will please the needs of everyone: those who are spending the holiday with the family, or those who search a vacation for two or the people that are travelling on their own. All the rooms/apartments are also provided with air conditioner, satellite TV, wi-fi and a private bathroom.

Services: breakfast (not for the apartments), swimmingpool with beach loungers and beach umbrellas (while stocks last), tennis court/five-a-side football field, free bike rental (while stocks last), car parking, accesible room, payment with credit cards allowed. There is also a park area for campers, showers and toilet with warm water.

Surroundings (Aquileia)

The agritourism “Ai Due Leoni” is the perfect place for those who want to come in Friuli for an holiday: sorrounded by the peaceful aquileian's countryside, is near the road from Aquileia to Grado and close to the route of the bike line between Italy and Austria Alpe Adria Radweg. Thanks to this location our guests will be very close both to the sea of Grado and to the ancient remains of Roman's Aquileia, Unesco World Heritage. The agritourism “Ai Due Leoni” is the ideal starting point for a complete visit of our wonderful region: from Palmanova, Cividale and Trieste to the amazing wine region of Collio. Due to its particular location, the farm holiday is a strategic point for cyclists. In fact it is located just a few meters from the bike path that connects Aquileia to Grado, route through cultivated fields and the wonderful Grado lagoon.
