The agriturismo features a large dining room and a veranda, interconnected, for a total of 60 seats. The rooms are furnished simply but tastefully using family furniture recovered from the attic to create a welcoming and familiar atmosphere. The delicious dishes and exquisite fare that Paolo himself prepares and offers to his guests are all based on products from his farm: poultry, pork, vegetables. White and red wines served at table come from the Colli Orientali del Friuli. FIRST COURSES

In addition to pasta prepared strictly at home (strigoli and tagliatelle) present all year round, Paolo proposes potato gnocchi with duck ragù and bread and eggplant gnocchi in summer: in the winter season barley risottos, risottos with seasonal vegetables and barley and bean minestrone are much appreciated and requested.

SECOND COURSES

Throughout the year you can taste roasted rabbit, duck, guinea fowl.

In summer Paolo recommends the spit roast based on rabbit, chicken and pork loin, and cold dishes based on duck and guinea fowl but the dishes sought after by customers at "Al Buttasella" are the winter ones based on goose such as stew with spring onions and mushrooms, braised goose with polenta, "porca loca" (deboned goose, rolled and stuffed with pork loin).

And let's not forget the classic salami with onion, frico with potatoes, "muset e brovade"....
