Our healthy and genuine cuisine preserves the taste of tradition and offers various typical Marche dishes such as vincisgrassi, tagliatelle and gnocchi made by hand with meat sauces, mountain asparagus, mushrooms, truffle and many other delicacies. Furthermore, local recipes based on polenta from our eight-row corn from Rocca Contrada, hand-turned and accompanied with both meat and fish sauces. And grilled meats, tagliata with rocket, parmesan and cherry tomatoes, flavorful roasts of game, rabbits and free-range poultry. Our crescia cooked over embers and enriched with cured meats and wild herbs are the ingredients of a simple and appetizing snack or dinner.
