The farm is situated in a scenic area, surrounded by a hilly and varied landscape: in the north there are some ancient medieval villages of the Piceno (Acquaviva Picena, Ripatransone, Montalto delle Marche, Offida), in the south the Apennines and the near gullies, embellished by tamarisk and gorse. To the east, between the hills of the Marche you can see the sea. For over 200 years the same family is in charge of the farm Fiorenire, a name derived from the stock of the owners. Today Pompilio Francesco and Carla are managing this farm of the Marches region (located in the province of Ascoli Piceno). Guests can find accommodation in a structure consisting of 3 houses. Some common rooms and areas, including a swimming pool, are the guests ' disposal. The guests are housed in three adjoining and restored farmhouses, surrounded by a park of 10 thousand square metres, with wonderful views. There are eight rooms, with a total of 18 beds, plus living and dining rooms. The farm, where they practice organic techniques, covers about 90 hectares with vineyards, olive groves, cereals, sugar beet, fodder, oleaginous plants. Targeted specifically to the tourist activity are the poultry farm, the vegetable garden and the fields for crops typical of the area, such as spelled and anise, which are used to introduce the guests to local culinary traditions, mainly based on starchy foods and vegetables. The ancient and typical rural building, dating back to the eighteenth century, had been renovated in the early 2000s by reusing the original materials as much as possible and employing only other natural materials, such as clay bricks, cork, wood and travertine. In addition to the dining room on ground floor, there are two wide and comfortable apartments, one with 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with sofa bed and kitchen and the other with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with two sofa beds and kitchen. Both are also equipped with a panoramic open gallery. The apartments may also be divided, according to the needs of the guests, in 4 one-roomed apartments, with bedroom, bathroom, living area and fully equipped kitchen.
