The restaurant at Farm-house Gli Ulivi

In Cingoli, the village overlooking the Marche region down to the Conero, the kitchen of the agriturismo Gli Ulivi is entrusted to Giuseppina Brunetti, who also tends the vegetable garden and olive groves of the estate. Gioia Cherubini oversees the dining room. The restaurant occupies the main hall on the ground floor of a restored stone farmhouse: in winter, the fireplace is lit. Just a few steps from the dining room, a cellar dating back to the second half of the 17th century. In summer, meals are served in the courtyard, where there is a wood-fired oven and the characteristic bocce court. The estate is organic and produces its own oil, sourced from the olives of the property. Management is family-run: the Cherubini family cares for both the agriturismo and the surrounding lands, including the olive grove and Casa Gioia, the ancient farmhouse with nine beds that is part of the same property.
