Carlo grew up in Molise, Brigitte in Germany: they moved to the Marche a few years ago to start fresh, with their two children, a dog and a cat. The house sits at 140 meters elevation, halfway up a hillside, with the Adriatic Sea on one side and the Sibillini Mountains on the other. Five accommodations in total. The Apartment Girasole, on the first floor, features a full kitchen and private terrace overlooking the sea. Bouganville enjoys the same view from a larger terrace, perfect for dining outdoors. Rosa Antica offers a kitchenette and covered terrace. Margherita, with two single beds, connects to Bouganville for families traveling together. Papavero is the smallest room, furnished in traditional style, with a refrigerator. Porto San Giorgio and the beach are just a few minutes' drive away, with Fermo and its historic center a bit further.
