The restaurant is a Rural Refreshment and Tasting Center, located inside the Valle del Metauro Country House in an intimate and quiet environment. The kitchen is open to both guests of the Country House and external customers. The proposed cuisine is bo from a strong relationship with the territory, enhancing traditional recipes, and proposing rolled pasta with rolling pin, meats, cured meats, cheeses and of course wines produced in the Marche region. Terracotta cooking specialties slow cooking at low temperature of local courtyard meats, ancient cuisine but with mode techniques. The structure can also host small ceremonies and for these particular occasions personalized menus are proposed.
