Podere Coldifico is an agritourism property with seven apartments scattered throughout the countryside of Sassoferrato, surrounded by rolling hills and cultivated fields. The structure was completely renovated approximately five years ago. The apartments accommodate 2 to 4 guests each and feature a living room, kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Rates start from 75 euros per night. There is a swimming pool open from April onwards, and a shared tavern with seating for 20 guests and a fully equipped kitchen, available by reservation: this is the cherished space where the family managing the podere has gathered for generations. Stefano works here with his family, tending to the podere with meticulous care. From the windows, you can admire the surrounding mountains, trees, vegetable gardens, and orchards. The location is wonderfully peaceful and offers ample space for long walks.
