An important place is the crota (cellar) where wines and grappas rest at the right temperature to give the traveler some extra moments of joy. The bread is from a wood-fired oven, the milk just milked from cows grazing in the Alpine pastures of Monviso, homemade pasta, try the gnocchi al Tumin dl Mel, tagliatelle alla salsiccia, risotto al Pelaverga, vitel tuné in the old way, peppers in bagna caoda sauce, anchovies al verde, lard with mountain herbs and boiled chestnuts, lean meatballs and eggplants and roulade cooked in a wood-fired oven after the bread. The facility offers its guests the possibility of guided tastings of cured meats, cheeses and wines.
