Masseria Cinti is an ancient rural building just a few kilometers from Otranto, surrounded by olive groves over a hundred years old. The rooms within the masseria retain original barrel vaults, fireplaces and sylos. From the windows, you can see hills covered with olive trees descending towards the coast.
The masseria raises horses and farmyard animals, cultivates a vegetable garden and an orchard directly on the land. The ancient cattle tracks crossing the property lead on foot or by bicycle to the Alimini beaches and the two lakes of the same name, about fifteen kilometers away. The cuisine uses what grows here: vegetables from the garden, fruit from the orchard, oil from the olives.
