Il Rifugio del Re": our restaurant. Richness of natural beauties responds to richness of the tastes that rural tradition handed down to us and that our chefs re-elaborate with great skill to transform every meal in a regal, unique moment to be tasted in a natural setting pointed out by a refined atmosphere. Products are cultivated biologically and come from the estate’s farm, as for the poultry, and are cooked, with the same attention to the tradition, in new forms and in new combinations. I A long list of national and international wines, preserved in the ancient underground olive-press, today a precious wine-cellar, allows to find the best match in order to exalt even more the courses. Two different restaurant rooms and outside wide yards allow to enjoy the fascination of summer nights.
