The restaurant at Farm-house Masseria Pisciani

As typical cuisine we offer a series of house appetizers with battered vegetables, pettole, bruschettes with fresh cherry tomatoes, potato croquettes, fresh cheeses, grilled vegetables etc.
Local first courses: orecchiette alla salentina, with sauce and typical meat. Orecchiette all'ortolana. Bigoli with strips of meat, arugula and grana. Obviously also seafood first courses.
Second courses: meatballs in sauce, braised meat in negroamaro wine and juniper berries, tagliata with arugula and grana, Meat rolls in sauce, eggplant parmigiana stuffed, mixed roast meat/fish. Seafood salad, prawns, swordfish, sea bream/sea bass en papillote with side of baked potatoes or salad, sea bass/sea bream fillet alla mediterranea, mixed fried fish, shrimp on a bed of ricotta and arugula, mussels in pepper sauce etc. Seasonal fruit and a series of typical desserts also of our own production. Our cuisine is a cuisine expressed with exclusive use of organic oil of our own production and a vast selection of Salentine wines excellent to accompany every dish and more.
