The Agritourism Farm Ceddhe began its activity as an agricultural farm in 2010 on land that had been completely abandoned for the last 20 years, purchased in 2003 almost as a challenge against the local farmers who described it as arid and unproductive land. On approximately 12 hectares of land stood 3 structures now in ruins and covered with every type of vegetation, which had once been of considerable importance to the farmers of the Feudo di Salve. The structures had particular characteristics: in each one, only the central "room" with a barrel vault was still standing, the sides had collapsed but it was evident that they had once had sloping roofs made of straw and wood, because on many walls there were still the holes left by the large wooden beams. In Salve, the Ceddhe area was known, together with Canale del Fano, for its excellent vineyards, already known as far as France in the 1800s.
