The 14th-century masseria houses the restaurant dining room inside, featuring barrel vaults made of tufa. The cuisine we offer, favoring seasonal products, is typical Puglian with zero-kilometer products such as meats, fresh cheeses, semi-aged and aged cheeses, fresh and strong ricotta, brined olives, oil, wine, fruit and vegetables, bread, and pasta sourced from our agricultural farm. Some of the typical dishes offered are: ciciri e tria, pizzicarieddi with ricotta forte, carne alla pignata, agnello in umido. Upon request, gluten-free menu options are available. The menus change every evening and are à la carte. For our guests staying on half board, the menu is fixed with the possibility to modify it in the morning at breakfast. In summer, dinner is served under the moonlight.
