"Torrevecchia" stands next to a 7th century crypt where remains of Byzantine frescoes evoke ancient memories. In the 14th-century farmhouse, restored with great care, comfort, the natural refinement of the few lodgings and the typical Apulian cuisine predominate, made with organic products (meat, cheese, olives, oil, wine, vegetables, fruit, cereals, wheat) cultivated on the farm, making it a unique place to relax and recharge your batteries. In the morning you wake up to the good smell of tarts, freshly baked biscuits, jams and cow's milk while admiring the beautiful garden. Time passes pleasantly amidst agricultural activities, in the swimming pool, on the tennis and bocce courts, and long walks, bicycle rides, horse rides and buggy rides allow you to cross the countryside flooded with scents and colours that arouse feelings of well-being, lightheartedness and joie de vivre. The farm is also an educational farm, recognised by the Region, with different workshops to learn how to make cheese, or bread, pasta, etc.... It is just 10 km from the beautiful Ionian Sea, with its renowned seaside resorts such as Porto Cesareo, Punta Prosciutto, Santa Caterina, Gallipoli, and a short distance separates it from the baroque Lecce, City of Art. Moving a little further north we find delightful towns such as Ostuni, Alberobello, Cisternino, Castellana Grotte and Martina Franca.
