The restaurant is situated in one of the few restructured, semi-subterranean mills of the zone, located within the structure. This was the place where they worked up the olive oil that was marketed throughout the area. Particularity and pride of this place are the specialities of the typical local cuisine that are offered and served to guests of Masseria Jorche: they are hand-made and accompanied with wines produced in loco. Respect for tradition, high quality raw materials, naturality and cure of the details are the principles that guide this activity. The restaurant serves both guests staying in the farmhouse and apartments, and any external customer, on request and depending on availability.

The menu

Depending on the day of the week, we alternate between seafood or meat menus.

Our menus are fixed and include a small welcome at the table, a plated appetizer, a first course, a second course with side dish, fruit, dessert, coffee and homemade liqueur (water included).

The menu is always communicated in advance and we are always available to vary the dishes for any intolerances or allergies of the Guests.
