The kitchen showcases farm ingredients and time-honoured recipes. On Sundays, a set meat menu features 6 appetizers, 2 first courses, 2 mains, vegetables, Sardinian desserts, coffee and digestif; water and wine are included, packaged soft drinks extra. The restaurant is closed on Mondays; Tuesday to Saturday it opens for dinner and welcomes non-resident guests by reservation.
