At Usurtala we bring to the table what the season offers, with simple and flavorful recipes from Mediterranean tradition. We select local raw materials – vegetables from our garden and nearby farmers, oils from the territory, cheeses and meats from small producers – for a menu that changes regularly and follows the rhythms of nature. The dining room is intimate and bright, with some tables also outdoors when weather permits. The service is cordial and informal: we want you to feel at home. We offer a daily menu with appetizer, first course, second course and dessert; upon request we prepare vegetarian options and dishes for common intolerances. Wines are chosen from local wineries and small artisanal labels. The restaurant is open preferably for dinner; for lunch upon request for guests and small groups. We organize tastings, themed dinners and special moments (birthdays, anniversaries, mini-retreats) with dedicated menus.
