The restaurant at Agriturismo Sa Pigalva is the right place if you're looking for authentic northern Sardinian cuisine, made with ancient gestures, farm-produced raw materials and the distinctive flavors of Logudoro. In a family-friendly and genuine atmosphere, dishes are brought to the table following a km 0 philosophy and made by hand, with plates that tell the story of the territory and its farming and pastoral tradition. The protagonists of the menu are the specialties of Sardinian and Logudorese cuisine: ravioli with ricotta and spinach, gnocchetti sardi a "ungedda", traditional soups (gallurese and tulese with wild fennel broth), then the great meat classics such as roasted porcetto, IGP lamb and veal. The meal often starts with many appetizers, including cured meats, cheeses, vegetables and typical preparations, featuring historic recipes such as "Sa Matta Frissa". And to finish beautifully, Sardinian sweets like seadas, tumbada and dry pastries (amaretti, tericche, papassini). Cappelli wheat flour is also used; upon request, gluten-free options for celiac guests and vegetarian options are available.
