It features a large livingroom/kitchen/dining area, studio, 3 bedrooms (1 single, 1 twin, 1 double), 3 bathrooms with shower and a garage. At just 7km from Arezzo, it is in a perfect position to reach any place in Tuscany and Umbria. Muciafora is a small rural village amongst the olive trees. Its origins go back to an ancient monastry laying on top of a hill at the border of the Casentino valley. It overlooks the plain to the north of Arezzo, at a distance of about 7km. In the near by village of Ponte alla Chiassa (1,5km) one can find shops such as food shops, baker, café, butcher, newsagent, flower shop, tobacco and cigarettes and hardware shop, and services such as bank, pharmacy and post office. Near by one can also find many good restaurants and pizzerias.
We rent out the entire house. The villa is spread over three floors: on the ground floor spacious living room, kitchen area, dining area, relaxation corner, study, bathroom. On the upper floor three bedrooms (one with double bed, one single and one with 2 single beds) and bathroom. In the basement spacious garage and bathroom. Large panoramic terrace, fenced garden, external parking space.

Since it is a tourist rental, we cannot provide food. COVID19 - For your health the house will remain empty for at least one day between one guest and another to allow thorough cleaning. You will find a clean house. All surfaces will be sanitized with bleach. Bed linen and towels will be delivered to you in sealed packages from the laundry. Beds and blankets steam-pressed. Kitchen equipment washed in the dishwasher. Masks and disinfectant gel will be available to you. To avoid too close contact, upon your arrival you will find the keys on the door, but we live right across the way.
At 7km distance is Arezzo, an historical town, with lovely spots such as Piazza Grande, Santa Maria's Romanesque church (Pieve), its 13th Century Cathedral, S. Francesco's church with its Frescoes by Piero della Francesca, the Roman amphitheatre with the archaeological museum and the museum of medieval and modeart. At about 30 mins drive are the medieval towns of Anghiari, Monterchi and Sansepolcro, when you can find further works by Piero della Francesca. In the Casentino region (about 30 mins drive) you'll find the wonderful historical village and castle of Poppi. Other places of interest nearby: - Cortona (c.45 mins drive); etruscan sites, well preserved historical town and breathtaking views on Valdichiana region; - Florence (c. 1 h drive); - Siena (c. 1 h drive); - Perugia (c. 1:30 h drive). In tha area surrounding i 3 cipressi one can go for relaxing walks among the olive trees, with typical Tuscan views.
