Typical tuscan farmhouse, carefully restored, surrounded by beautiful tuscan landscape only 4 km from the village of Cetona. The farmhouse, situated on a 180 hectare farm, is located on the hilltop with breathtaking views over the surrounding hills and valleys, among wide sunflower fields and woods. The villa is surrounded by large and beautiful gardens and has a swimming-pool (14 m x 7 m) in a panoramic position. Barbecue, parking, free WIFI. The farmhouse is divided into 4 comfortable typical tuscan apartments, all with fire-place, terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. They are tastefully furnished and contain all the modeconveniences. The different sized apartments, all with independent entrance, are fully equipped. Tv, central heating. For groups who rent the whole farmhouse there is a large and imposing lounge (about 60 sq. m . ) in the apartment situated at the first floor, which can be used as a common-room and also to organize parties, meetings, courses etc. On the upper floor of the same apartment there is a beautiful covered terrace with an extensive view of the surrounding countryside.

My husband and I love it here so much, we plan to return often. We booked the entire villa--invited friends to join us. Every person said it was the best vacation of their lives. The accommodations are 5-star--each apartment, all living quarters, clean and comfortable, with plenty of closets, ideal kitchens, everything anyone could eant. Outside--amazing! The views, the places to relax at an outdoor table, in the pool, to lounge on comfy furniture...The barbecue. Everything! A dream of a villa. (Excellent)
