La Cambusa is our small home kitchen: few seats, relaxed atmosphere and a menu that follows the seasons. In the morning we start with a generous breakfast, with homemade cakes, jams, cured meats and local cheeses. In the evening, by reservation, we offer convivial dinners and tastings: vegetables from the garden when available, hand-rolled pasta, local meats, extra virgin olive oil and traditional desserts. On mild evenings we set tables on the panoramic terrace, with open kitchen and wood-fired oven; we sometimes organize cooking classes and themed evenings. We can prepare vegetarian menus and, with advance notice, gluten-free or lactose-free alternatives. It is not a restaurant open to the general public, but a space for our guests where you can taste the valley in simple, carefully prepared dishes.
