The Organic holiday farm "Il Cerreto", di Pomarance in il Cerreto near Pisa in Tuscany, is happy to welcome you for a relaxing organic and biodynamic holiday for your psycho-physical wellbeing. It is certified by ICEA also for the touristic activity. The main structure of "Il Cerreto" is the 18th tower surrounded by two groups of farm houses built at a later date offering a total of 7 apartments and 5 double rooms with bathroom. The apartments are located in the main building near the tower, 2 apartments have been recently renovated in the old school house. The 19th century farm house, the heart of the farmstead, offers ecologically renovated rooms, a restaurant, a bio-lake (a natural swimming pool), a T. V. lounge and a bio-architectural seminar and course room. The furniture and beds are in naturally treated wood. Electromagnetic field tests have been carried out in the apartments and rooms so that the furniture has been placed to ensure total comfort and well-being. The restoration and renovation have been rigorously effectuated to create a natural and healthy environment. Another interesting aspect of Il Cerreto is that it is almost self-sustainable as 60% of the electricity is supplied by solar panels. Our visiting card is definitely the restaurant that also offers vegetarian dishes created with the organic produce grown on the farm. Live in the countryside to find inner harmony.
The farm also offers 5 ecologically restored double rooms with bathroom. All the materials used are natural i. e. the whitewash, the plaster, the paint, the floor and furniture wax. Even the furniture has been meticulously chosen in naturally treated wood. Geomagnetic field tests have been carried out on the building so that the furniture has been placed for the wellbeing of our guests. We have also seven appartments, with various dimensions.

The restaurant is situated in the 19th century main stone building where the rooms are also located. The dishes are created with natural and organic ingredients mostly produced on the farm so that the dishes are simple and nutritional. The farm produces olive oil, pasta, cereals, pulses, home-made bread with natural leavens, cakes, biscuits, fruit juices, jams and honey, wheat flour, spelt flour and a wide range of natural products. The restaurant caters for our guests.
