We’re Sabina and Antonio, and we’re delighted to welcome you to Agriturismo Sant'Anna, surrounded by our organic farm in the heart of Tuscany. Antonio is the head of the farm and agriturismo: he’s the true heart of our countryside, personally looking after the land and crops in full harmony with nature’s rhythms. I’m Sabina; with my degree in agriculture, I put my passion and expertise to work for our estate. I manage the agriturismo inside and out—from welcoming guests and taking care of every detail during your stay to handling all the company's administrative and financial matters. Together, we combine our love for the land with our experience to offer you a stay filled with pure relaxation, authenticity, and genuine Tuscan hospitality.
Our farm stay features two apartments: La Carraia and Il Granaio.
Both are on the ground floor and include:
-A fully equipped, separate kitchen
-A master bedroom (with a double bed)
-A twin bedroom
-A bathroom
-A private outdoor area with a table and chairs—perfect for dining at sunset or unwinding with a good book.
Both La Carraia (the guesthouse) and Il Granaio comfortably sleep up to 4 guests, with the option to add an extra bed upon request. La Carraia is also fully accessible for guests with disabilities.

The farm holidays, that it is totally to familiar conduction, is composed from two apartmens and the swimming pool. Everyone apartment can accomodate 4 persons and is composed from kitchen in distinguished space, twin room, double room and bathroom.
