The restaurant at Fattoria di Cintoia specializes in dinners, group lunches, and cooking classes. The cuisine follows the seasons of the Val di Sieve countryside, without elaborate dishes or elaborate presentations. Lunches are also held outdoors, under the sun, when weather permits.
