The estate covers over 600 hectares, of which about 100 are used for olive cultivation. The olives are harvested strictly by hand, and the milling is carried out in the company's own mill using the cold extraction method, which allows for the production of an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality, certified IGP (protected designation of origin) and DOP (protected designation of origin). Vines, maize, wheat and cherry trees are also cultivated. There are five artificial lakes on the estate. The complex has a panoramic swimming pool, laundry, barbecue, bakery, parking, sports fishing that can be practised with the client's own equipment in the estate's ponds, and the possibility of walks in the surrounding woods, hiking and trekking. Riding school and golf course a few kilometres away. Services offered against payment: Additional change of linen, daily cleaning, babysitting and mountain bike hire. Moreover, about 1 km away, there is the Antica Querciolaia Spa, where our guests can take advantage of a convention that provides a 10% discount on most services.
