The great farm 'La Fontanella' has been saved from the degradation caused by the peasants when they abandoned the land and now has turned again to live in all it's glory thanks to the commitment and the constance of the family Ciardella. The Farm, located in high Maremma and immersed in the tipical mediterranean nature, is expanded on over 65 hectares parted in olive trees, vineyard, pasture land and wood in an environment healthy and non contamineted, where agritourism and a vast variety of activities are exercised. La Fontanella is located approximately at 2 km from Suvereto, medieval village, where you can still breathe the athmosphere of the past. Beside restoration and recreation, in our ranch you can live intense moments of relax in the nature: you can have long walks in the woods or fish in our lake, or you can try the true peasant life looking after the swins of Cinta Senese or visiting our vineyard.
The redecoration of the colonial house was accomplished with the maximum respect for the architectural criteria of the land, obtaining 11 independent apartments furnished in the folksy tuscanian style, parted in two-room and three-room apartments costituted from one or two bed rooms, living room with cooking corner, bath room and supplied with all accessories, included the lingerie for the bath room and the independent heating system and air condition.
