The agriturismo is located inside the Monte Cucco Park, surrounded by greenery, three kilometres from the town of Costacciaro. Not being surrounded by other buildings, it enjoys a magical panorama far from chaos, noise and traffic, ideal for those seeking peace, relaxation and silence. The farmhouse is structured on two levels: on the ground floor there is the bar and the dining room with a rustic and cosy look; on the first floor there is a comfortable living room with TV and fireplace and the 9 rooms with bathroom, independent heating and panoramic view. Outside, there are two large porches and a lawn area where you can relax in peace, reading a book, lying in the sun or admiring the light of the sunset. For the more sporty, the Monte Cucco Park offers many activities, including hang-gliding, paragliding, guided cave tours, and a thousand trails that can be explored on foot or by bicycle.
The agriturismo features 9 delightful rooms with panoramic views: 6 double rooms (2 of which can also accommodate 3 guests), 2 quadruple rooms and 1 single room. All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms and independent heating.

The agriturismo features a private equestrian center where riding lessons and horseback excursions are organized for guests of all ages. The equestrian center is also a riding school with a qualified FISE instructor and is home to 30 wonderful horses. At guests' disposal is a splendid panoramic swimming pool measuring 12m x 6m with Roman steps.
The farm stay enjoys a central location, making it easy to reach any destination you might wish to visit, such as Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Spoleto, Fabriano, and the Frasassi Caves.
