Our restaurant offers only one type of bread, but made from ancient grains and handmade, few vegetables, but from the garden, only one olive oil, ours, of unbeatable quality. You come to eat with us to rediscover the passion of ancient, rural, yet highly refined food that leaves no room for frivolity. The only concession to modern times (which is often ancient revisited!), our spoon desserts, prepared while you are eating the antipasto, so that the creams never go in the fridge and their tasting happens just a few minutes after preparation. A small luxury that, when possible, we like to offer to those who choose us, among many valid options, for having intuited the passion that drives us!
