Vacanze Ideali and Tenuta Badia is a resort made of holiday houses and apartments located in Paciano. The accommodation activity started in 1992 with the restoration of the old manor house of the Balestro Family and of the adjoining farming facilities. The restoration was carried out paying special attention to the preservation of original materials. Some years laters Tenuta Badia '99 srl was founded, a farm specializing in cereal growing (wheat, corn, sunflower) and in the production of oil, wine and vegetables.
From the main building, called Vacanze Ideali, the rooms “Il padrone” (the master) and “Il contadino” (the farmer) were made, together with the apartments on the ground floor “La cantina” (the cellar), “Il fienile” (the barn) and “La stalla” (the stables) which owe their names to their original use. Then other rooms were added to welcome the customers of the farmhouse. The accommodation is endowed with all the comforts, such as air-conditioning, private bathroom, television, pergola, beach umbrella and sun beds for the swimming pool.

The farmhouse offers its guests two swimming pools with hydro-massage area, also for children. Besides the swimming pools can be used also at night, thanks to the programmable lighting. A small wellness center was also built inside the Farmhouse, endowed with Jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath with chromotherapy.
Paciano is part of the tourist area of the Trasimeno Lake, from where it is possible to reach in 30 minutes at most the towns of Castiglione del Lago, Magione, Città della Pieve, Panicale, Piegaro, Tuoro sul Trasimeno and Passignano. Nearby we can also find the wonderful art towns of Chiusi, Cortona and Perugia.
