This wonderful and secluded location, part of a protected natural area, offers a magnificient view of the umbrian hills as far as eyes can see. The agriturismo, a xvi° farmhouse, is immersed in vineyards and olive groves and surrounded by castles and monasteries, witnesses to a rich and fascinating history. Here life is simple but rewarding. The cultivations of the agritourism have been made, for over 25 years, in the respect of the natural environment, without the use of pesticides or chemicals, making the family polidori one of the first producers of organic wine in italy. Hunting is banned in colle del sole therefore nature lovers should not be surprised to come across hawks, pheasants, foxes and squirrels while walking around the area. The country house is a family run structure, where you can enjoy a pleasant and restful holiday in the typical atmosphere of rural umbria. The service provided is simple but filled with many attentions that make the guests feel at home
