The farmhouse Masseria Cardillo is situated on three hillocks facing the green and quiet plain of Metaponto and is the ideal place for those people who wish to spend a quite relaxing holiday in the middle of nature. Not far from the sites of archaeological interest of Magna Grecia and from the Ionian beaches. We grow mainly vines, olives, citrus trees and all kinds of fruit. We have ten double and/or triple rooms which are comfortable and pleasant, furnished in the style of old homes of Lucania. They are all equipped with private bathrooms, heating, conditioned air and all sort of mode comforts and facilities. The limited number of the rooms and the wide spaces grant high level service and absolute quiet. The granary is, at present, the wide hall with large fireplaces and brick vaulted ceiling. The dining room, has with a stone-vaulted ceiling and a stone floor, time a seating capacity of sixty. In the summer guests can have dinner in open air. Masseria Cardillo has some XVIII century ancient granaries which have been restored and furnished with wooden or iron furniture and beds, local brick or stone floors with the utmost respect of the rural tradition of Lucania.
In the farm there are ten double / triple cozy and comfortable rooms, renovated according to the style of the local manor houses and furnished with original furniture of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. All rooms have private bathroom, heating, air conditioning and all mode facilities to ensure guests’ maximum comfort. The limited number of rooms and large spaces available ensure an accurate and personalized service, together with great stillness.

Masseria Cardillo is located just five kilometers from the Ionian sandy beaches and we is also equipped with a large swimming pool and a tennis court. 3 km from the hotel is situated Metaponto Golf Course, 18 holes, and 15 Km further Golf Course Riva dei Tessali.
