In the kitchen we prepare simple dishes with what we produce here, just steps away from the table. Vegetables from the garden, cereals and legumes grown according to nature, fresh eggs. The cuisine is vegetarian, flexible for dietary needs – vegan, gluten-free – but does not compromise on taste. We make fresh pasta, bread, pizza. We use the aromatic herbs that grow in the fields around us. There are no invented dishes: we seek the authentic flavor of things. Eating here means being in contact with what the earth offers, served by people who know why they do it.
