The combined restaurant (open only for lunch) is reserved for those who loves and seeks simplicity and genuineness of the campaign. Here you can enjoy refreshing Mantua Salami with our Gardener followed by the first: simple dishes such as invoice capunsèi, the Trippe, the beans with pork rind, the noodles with pheasant to which we add a special rice with Quail, which we have a traditional family recipe and to which we could not do without, as the "New Scardua" a hunting farm. The chicken company gives us the opportunity to prepare a wonderful roasted chicken, or the Hen stuffed and served with pearà Cotechino, are no less the stew with polenta, pork rib, the Tomatoes served with garden vegetables under the house. Finally, to thoroughly clean the mouth a taste of local cheeses with mustard window. The cake of San Biagio is the queen of the place alternately Pudding Cake (old way) and the valance Sbrisolona served au naturel or with grappa..... Of course everything is washed down by excellent local wines of own production
