The farmhouse dates back to the eighteenth century and was restored between 2010 and 2011 with materials and systems that make it 80% energy independent - Klima Hotel certification in hand. It is the first vegetarian and vegan agritourism restaurant in the province of Bergamo, open from Wednesday to Sunday: plant-based cuisine that draws from the gardens and greenhouses of the Tosca agricultural estate, the same farm that cultivates vineyards according to organic principles, in the vineyard and in the cellar. There are five rooms - four Junior Suites and one Suite with private spa - overlooking the vineyard rows of Valpontida, furnished with natural materials. The bio spa features a sauna, Turkish bath, sensory showers and a herbal tea corner; it can also be reserved for exclusive use. The property is completed by a panoramic veranda, a meeting room and wine tasting experiences of wines produced in the cellar.
