The Rossoconero agricultural estate is located on Via Varano in Ancona, within the Parco del Conero: it is managed by Massimiliano and Mauro Manini, who produce their own wine and bring to the kitchen what they cultivate in the surrounding fields. From the terrace you can see the sea; the mountain drops steeply to the coast between Aleppo pines, holm oaks, strawberry trees and the yellow of the broom. There are also animals to see between one visit and another. The dinners offer dishes carefully crafted in every detail, with attentive service; in summer you can dine on the external terrace. It is the work of those who have been here for years, in the midst of the Conero's 5800 protected hectares.
