The Country House Villa Geminiani is a group of 4 independent structures composed of the Dependance, Villa Ovest and Appartamento dei Fiori. The houses are located in a strategic position, in the municipality of Montalto Marche, 15 minutes from the Adriatic Sea and the Sibillini Mountains and is immersed in the rolling hills of the Marche. The Dependance is a perfect accommodation for an average family! There is a large wooden porch with private garden and swimming pool (12 x 6) and can comfortably accommodate 4 people plus another 2 on a sofa bed. It is spread over 2 floors, on the first floor there is a bathroom with washing machine and a kitchen-living room with all services, on the second floor there is another bathroom, a double bedroom and a double bedroom.
