In particular, the promotion of our farm's products—the EVO Nachiro oil, Masseria S. Elena wines, meats from Masseria Chiusura di Sotto, garden vegetables, and wild aromatic herbs—allows us to infuse every dish with the culture of eating well through those genuine flavors of the past. Guests can also delight in Rifisa's km0 aperitif specialties, prepared with the freshest raw materials from our own production, such as EVO Nachiro oil, Masseria S. Elena wines, meats from Masseria Chiusura di Sotto farm, and vegetables from our fields. The aperitifs follow the rhythm of the seasons, with ever-changing products in harmony with what the land offers. They are ideal at any time of day and can be enjoyed on the veranda, by the pool, in the relaxation area, or in the splendid setting of the Sala dei Tabacchi. Masseria Rifisa pays close attention to guests' dietary needs in case of allergies and/or intolerances.
