The oil that graces your table is pressed from the olives of our farm. Pasta is made fresh in-house, using ancient grain flours; vegetables are harvested in the morning from our garden and cooked the same day. The menu changes with the seasons. In winter, you dine in the rooms of the farmhouse, beneath striking stone barrel vaults; in summer beneath a pergola overlooking the vineyard. Children have dedicated dishes, as well as alternatives for those with intolerances. Our cuisine follows Puglian tradition, with recognition from Slow Food and Gambero Rosso.
