Welcome to Masseria Stali, our agritourism in Caprarica di Lecce. Here we cook with what we produce: extra virgin olive oil, wines, vegetables and flours from ancient grains cultivated directly on our farm. Pasta is made fresh daily, ingredients are organic and locally sourced. Our menus change with the seasons, always following what the land offers us and respecting Salento traditions.
In winter we dine in the ancient rooms of the masseria with stone vaults. In summer, dinner is under the pergola overlooking the vineyard. We pay special attention to guests with intolerances and to children, without compromising on quality. We also host weddings and events in the masseria spaces.
