Angelo and Marisa, who run the farmhouse together with their two sons, are responsible for the cuisine: different dishes every day, with nearly all ingredients harvested just meters from the table. Almond groves, olive trees and rows of cherry trees surround the property, an ancient Apulian masseria with barrel vaults and exposed stone, recently renovated. The rooms feature private bathrooms, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi; they are spacious and furnished with pieces that reflect local tradition.
The farm cultivates seasonal vegetables, almonds, olives and fruit: extra virgin olive oil, preserves and jams that grace the table come from here, along with cow's milk mozzarella and Primitivo di Gioia del Colle. In the on-site restaurant, guests enjoy fresh pasta, vegetables from the garden, homemade desserts and focaccia pugliese.
Outside, a garden and swimming pool nestled among the almond trees. Inside, simple spaces designed for those returning from a day of sightseeing: Gioia del Colle castle and the Monte Sannace Archaeological Park are just minutes away, the Castellana Caves and Alberobello a bit further. Polignano a Mare, Monopoli and Bari are easily reached by car, as are the Sassi di Matera in Basilicata.
