The restaurant at Masseria Ciavea

The menu changes daily, based on what is harvested just meters from the table. Angelo and Marisa bring to your table cow's milk mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil, and Primitivo di Gioia del Colle, a wine from the region. The recipes follow Puglian cuisine without excessive elaboration: vegetables from the garden, homemade preserves, traditional peasant dishes. Meals are served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with ingredients grown on-site. The kitchen is a home kitchen, run directly by the family: guests who have stayed here speak of cherished dinners and ingredients largely produced in-house. No fixed menu, therefore: you enjoy what the day and season have to offer.
