Our restaurant is directed by Chef Alessandro Giglio, specialized in typical Sicilian cuisine and traditional cooking that he reproduces with a touch of elegance in the presentation of dishes. It offers a cuisine aimed at enhancing the excellence of the territory with the use of artisanal and Km0 products. Moreover, the true jewel of our kitchen are the organic raw materials of our own production (such as, for example, extra virgin olive oil, cereals, vegetables, produce, fruit). The restaurant always works by reservation.
