Our small agriturismo is located in the hills, in the countryside between Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri, just 8 km from the beaches of Marina di Castagneto. In addition to the main house where we live, we have 3 flats. The renovation, which was completed in 2013, was carried out with great attention to detail and always respecting the Tuscan tradition, maintaining the original structures as much as possible. In the communal garden you can relax in the shade of the plants or lie in the sun. Podere Carducci is suitable for those seeking a break from the daily routine, for lovers of the outdoors, trekking and cycling. It will be an opportunity to dedicate yourself to absolute relaxation, savouring the simplicity and authenticity that country life can offer you, without however renouncing the proximity of the sea, entertainment and cities of art.
Our apartments are recently renovated and have been furnished with unique and original Tuscan pieces. "La Stalla" is independent, approximately 55 square meters, on the ground floor, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen/living room and private outdoor space with table, chairs and barbecue. "Il Granaio" is located on the first floor, approximately 45 square meters, with 1 double bedroom (possibility of adding a single bed), bathroom, equipped kitchen, small balcony facing the sea. The apartment is also equipped with new heating system and air conditioning. "Il Frantoio", approximately 50 square meters, is instead developed over two levels: bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and kitchen/living room on the ground floor. All apartments have independent entrance, bathroom with shower, kitchen with fridge-freezer, TV, microwave oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Available in the external spaces barbecue, laundry area, parking and garden.

In the vicinity you will be able to visit numerous sites of historical, archaeological and cultural interest. First and foremost the town of Castagneto Carducci and then Bolgheri, Campiglia Marittima, Populonia, Piombino, Suvereto, Sassetta... Among the art cities closest nearby we point out Pisa (80 km), Florence (130 km), Siena (120 km), Pistoia (120 km), San Gimignano (90 km), Volterra (60 km). Our agriturismo is moreover very close to the most beautiful beaches of the Etruscan Coast.
